At Cavallo Nero Pasta, we're passionate about creating authentic pasta. We work in small batches with only the highest quality American-grown organic durum semolina flour, pure water, local ingredients and other unique whole foods. And, we take our time, extruding our dough through bronze dies to give each pasta shape a coarse, sauce-cradling surface before slowly and carefully air-drying it. It's a process that's genuine, unhurried and well worthwhile - just as pasta making should be.
All of our ingredients are plant based, and we make all of our pasta without preservatives, saturated fat, artificial colors and flavors, eggs, dairy or animal products.
